What to include
- the station pair, date, and approximate time you searched, if your message is about a result;
- the page or account feature you were using;
- what you expected to happen and what actually happened;
- whether the issue is about privacy, accessibility, account access, or Delay Repay guidance.
Privacy and data requests — select Privacy request as the category. Include your account email address and describe what you are asking for, such as access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data.
Important limitation
Check-a-Train cannot submit Delay Repay claims for you and cannot decide an operator's final claim outcome. Use the claim link shown in the app to continue with the relevant train operator.
